Refund policy

At PetFuelHub, we want to ensure that you and your pets are fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help! Please read the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, treats)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at petfuelhub@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
  3. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification. If the item meets the return requirements, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds may take a few days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. If you still have not received it, please contact your bank or credit card provider. There is often some processing time before refunds are officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at petfuelhub@gmail.com, and we will provide you with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
  • Custom or personalized items

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as orders may have already been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at petfuelhub@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the item.

Changes to the Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Site.
